version 1 had 4 layers of fibre in.
After seeing it installed this can be trimmed to 3 layers which brings the cost down by a 1/4. If I get a little creative with moulding them can do it for this price without running a loss.
I'd rather sell a few for a smaller mark up than one or two with a bigger mark up. But equally the spark plug covers go for £60 and there's a lot less fibre in them.

^cheers nitin. I'll be interested to see another take on it.
thats perfect alex. just right. how are the variable measurements looking? it looks well within safe margin for every car. do the end bolts bite to the thread? they didnt on my final template but that was a bit thicker i imagine. the two final clips will hold it upto the edge of the rad nicely.
Iv found 5 new push clips. should be some more about
sat will be better if thats good? ill not be in the lude as she's at PAW but ill be there none the less.
