Replaced the bulb,
All lights gone out now
Ref this ...

Motor Factor say the ABS must be on same circuit as the brake lights (some sort of canbus system)?
If one bulb or something breaks then EVERYTHING on that canbus circuit will break/light-up too!

Your vehicle is pre-canbus my good man, but he's close. It's just lazy programming.
1 - There is a brake lamp failure, display the brake lamp warning light
Now the bad programming part:
2 - In the ECU, the brake lamp warning light is interpreted as a serious problem with the braking system
3 - ALB (ABS) control unit will switch to failsafe mode if there is a braking system problem
(optional in 4G and 5G)
4 - If ALB/ABS is disabled, 4WS controller can't talk to speed sensors at wheels, so add the 4WS light too.

I think my ABS was disabled as it no longer make that WHIRRING noise when driving off.

3g's don't have a 4WS light, due to mechanical 4WS system. Indigo was referring to 4g's there.
If your ALB light comes on with the ignition and then goes out when the engine is running and especially seeing as the fault light came on with this bulb problem... I'd suspect yours has not been disabled.
