Yokohama Advan AD08R (only recommend using above 10deg C. Under that and they become pants. But still usuable.)
Uniroyal Rainsport 3 (not tried the 3s but tried the Rainsport 2s and they were epic all year round).
Hankook Ventus Prime 2 (its a van tyre with a 103 load rating. but you never specified what size

Neuton NT5000 and NT8000

'Budget' tyres that way outperform their cost.
I was put on to them by @indigolemon and wasn't disappointed.

Yoko Advan sport a bit snappy

Goodyear Eagle F1 grippy, progressive, feely, good in wet and dry. Not especially cheap.
