They are a mix of 2 staggered sets Which I have mixed to make 2 sets if matching wheels

Advan sa3rs 4 x 17" 8jj er 3t and 4 x 17" 9jj et 38

Id love to use the 9s just because but I am concerned about running my 225 r888s on them aswell as having to get one repaired Do to this;

Apparently came loose at 170+mph on a 450bhp rx7!

Any ideas where to get it repaired?

Also 5 stud conversion needed :|

What does the other side of the holes look like?

I think the only solution would be to drill those out bigger and sleeve the hole, or it may be possible to weld it up fully and re-drill it. Either way it's not the easiest thing to do (to get the centring spot on).

Could you helicoil them? I know you don't need a thread, but as long as the hole is the right size, would it matter?

As said the other day bud, I think either fill them with weld, face off and re-drill, hoping they don't warp...

Or, drill them bigger on the correct PCD, put a relatively large chamfer on the back face of each hole and have press-fit inserts made up to suit. Incorporate the chamfer into the insert so that they can't pull through. Make sense?
