Rear brake lights
had the rear brake light occasionally come on for a long long time - ignored it as it was so rare an occurrence.
now, it comes on every time and i have zero brakes lights, including the 3rd brake light. bulbs seems fine, fuse checks ok.
....now where do i go? lol

got it. seems in good nick, looks like theres a sensor and assembly the other side of the pedal with wiring, could be that sensor gone so ill source another and swap it. @bri - got one?Vtecmec wrote:It's a small cylindrical plunger switch, operated by the pedal itself. Effectively it switches the brake light on and off.

gotcha! i shall get a multimeter this week and check it out, thanks bud!Vtecmec wrote:Just unplug the wiring and check for conductivity across the pins on the switch when it's pressed, rather than just swapping it as it might not be your issue.
edit: finally found the section on the manual for it
