so far so good, apart from bodyshops taking their time....!

Ok so today's update:

More rebuilding so engine tined up with new belt, kaizenspeed manual tensioner, sump refitted with new gasket, magnetic plug oh and vtec solenoid cover.

Still need to finish off cleaning rocker cover and the decide what colour to do it???

my buddy also added some bits to the post on CL

ill add to this seeing as hoppi was off rubbing up the sparky
new cambelt adjuster arm with internal bearing
new water pump
kazspeed manu tensioner

the h22 has a fault with one of the balancer shaft oil seals ,they pop out and body lemonade oil every were, well honda come up with a new seal and a folk type keeper to stop it popping out ,so we fitted that.
new timing belt
new rubbers around the plastic covers
new sump gasket
new seal on the oil water jacket
new woodworth key

Tar buddy forgot about some of the bits I have bought that many seals and gaskets we still have a load left lol

going to order the EGR delete today also.

also ordered a new Nardi wheel and gear knob

ok so todays update:
rocker cover finally painted need to sand the letters down once dry i would like them black but i do not trust my paint brush skills!
spark plug cover painted
oil filter fitted after losing the first one????
inlet gasket seal fitted
rocker spark plug seals fitted
clear dizzy cap fitted

next weekend we start the H2B conversion kit.

ok this weekends work:

so the plan was to start the kit this weekend however the prior work to this which is mainly getting the drokking gearbox mated with the H22 took and hour and a half 4 cigs (for morf) and way too much swearing longer than it should have lol but eventually we got the splines lined up and it fell into place.

what we did complete:
ITR Flywheel fitted
Exedy Clutch fitted
HH2 nipples shaved down to fit B series bell housing
some of the modifications needed to create the kit
Gearbox mated and bolted together
rear engine mount fitted and i think a plan devised for a new type of bracket to secure this....

also got a new alternator and starter motor that need cleaning up ready to spray this week.

i also took delivery of a future modification that requires one hell of a clean i am sure this much have been turbo'd in a past life!

the amount of soot in the chambers is to be honest quite unbelievable so much so i am thinking of using petrol of the Karcher on this one lol
