Of after market?
I prefer after market with amber glass.
But finding one that has the correct brackets, size and fits seems difficult

Lol
I prefer quality tools - so its back to MachineMart for a Clarke's Soldering kit.
I ll have another look for fogs.
eBay.com will be pricey postage from states.
Plenty of cheap ones from far east - but again too small or not appropriate brackets - will be more work really trying to get the rights fixtures in place

Right
I know my boot spoiler can NOT be fitted at dealer/assembly.
As there does NOT seem to be a boot hole to run the cables through
So must be after market and NEVER connected up

Boot End for bolt to fit spoiler

Boot Middle, where 3rd brake light is -
Only 2 holes for bolts - no 3rd hole for cables

Spoiler End to fit bolt (not sure why 2 holes???)

Spoiler middle with 2 bolts,
And middle hole for cable run ...

Spoiler 3rd brake light out
Deffo no cables...

Water proofing 3rd brake light

Extra level of water proofing

Cleaned-up

Making new seals (from left over foam from rear light gaskets)

Just 2 things 2 do:
1. Detail Spoiler
2. Continue to search a way to fit spoiler (ref worn thread holes)

My O.E. spoiler has 4 mounting points to the boot, not 3. I'm not sure if the high level brake light is O.E. Honda or not, but it is made by Stanley, so it's definitely fit for purpose. can you post up an illustration of the brake light itself, showing the electrical contact points plus other gubbins.

Just the 3rd brake light itself and nothing else!
The connection is the tiny bit that sticks out at the middle back of the light...

On close up,
The 2 pin hole bit on the left ...

Worn thread hole, Mike!prelude91 wrote:What's the exact issue, re: mounting the spoiler to the boot lid? Worn bolt threads, or other?
Its the hole on left (stuffed with crap)

Poked thru and its shallowed (abt 5mm)
But i think its deeper, but the inner bit has fallen off
- coz u can hear something rolling about inside!
But u can NOT get it out, coz the 2 ends of thr spoiler are SEALED
