Cheers it's slow progress atm just getting the block n ancillaries painted ready for the new seals n gaskets when they all arrive.

Is the engine having a bit of a rebuild whilst its out on the stand?

No its not having a rebuild just due to time and cost @bri assured me the engine was spot on so I will be trusting him with that. That being said I am refreshing a lot of the sensors and gaskets etc
