P28 is stock ecu, you can buy one then get it modded with the engine management you want...
if your running standard intake manifold, be aware the IAB's will not operate for that you need the P72

Well guys the reason I'm looking for one is to eliminate the knock sensor, my mechanic said the wiring or ecu is at fault for throwing the code for the knock sensor , I thought that the p28 chipped for a h22 would be a direct no complicated swap , car is totally standerd I don't know much about it to be honest

What makes him think it is the wiring or the ECU?
The P28 is a Civic ECU so it is not a direct swap, and like Lude-dude says the P28 will not control IAB's (the butterfly values in the Preludes intake manifold). You can either get someone to modify a P28 to use IAB's or get a P72.
TBH what I would do is order a new knock sensor, swap out the potentially duff one, reset the ECU, and then see what happens. Chances are it will fix it. Going down the ECU route will be very expensive in comparison (£200 - £600 for the ECU and tunable chip + £300 for a tuning session).
