An electric impact gun should work fine though.

Otherwise brute force is the only way I'm afraid.

Cheers Iain
I do have an impact gun - if no good, then will just have to leave it.

Bought cheap multi meter from Screwfix - will do a voltage check on plug n continuity test on fogs - if that's what they call the tests???

Does anyone know how to remove those darn P-connectors like the ones on the fogs?
Lucky there was enough space to push my screw driver into those little holes in the plug to unplug.

Whereas the rear number plate ones, since no space, can't unplug those p-connectors :-(

Just waiting to see who would reply first! ;-)

Well,
I have 2 classic cars:
Image

Luke is daily car.
CRX sat in garage as summer car.

Now Luke needs to stay in garage - as
1. More rust that i like
2. Rear light foam/gaskets not come thru
3. And its raining now ...

So
CRX has come out as daily car ...
But its not practical enough as family runner and deffo too low for every possible after school activity trip :-(

So,
With a heavy heart ...

Even though my head say
"KEEP the rust-free Japanese import with glass roof more fun CRX"....

My heart goes out to the beautiful, yet rusted and many little but trivial issues ... LUKE :-)

UnSORN the CRX last night,
to be daily car until sold to buy a more practical daily car.

Luke stays in garage as Summer car (as originally intended when i bought him).

Is this a joke? You're picking that lovely CRX as a daily over the 3G? Don't get me wrong... I do like Preludes, but that doesn't make sense. Especially in these months.

I agree - Luke was the daily.

But have u seen the latest pics of Luke?
He can't go out in the wet, rain, cold, snow and gritted roads like that.
He will rust more and I will have to pay more for welding ....

Less than 24hrs advertised - I have a buyer seeing the CRX tomorrow!
So if sold tomorrow - as he s coming from Wales - potentially it will literally be gone tomorrow.

Then I am car-less.
Have toyed with buying another cheap Prelude as daily and as donar to Luke.
But I think I rather buy a newer car and let that rot, than seeing a 3G rot as my daily car :-(
