:? I dont hate the Argies. I mean, what would be the point?

Reserve hate for a real opponent. One you can really feel threatened by. The argies are a spent force imho. Not enough teeth for the mouth they show.

They just got sour grapes we won and that we still hold them. F U C K them  And the spanish with Gibraltar.

Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough.

Orchestrated, perhaps. Not for a second do I believe that no one in the entire production team spotted the numberplate, especially when you consider that Clarkson is known to be a bit of a war buff. I think it's unlikely that level of trouble was planned though. That region is a particular hotspot and I very much doubt the presenters were in the cars. Listen carefully when it starts to kick off - a crew member addresses whoever is in the Porsche (IIRC) by name with driving instructions, and it's not any of the presenters.

Alright to watch though

Clarkson admitted in a newspaper article that they knew beforehand the number plate could have been read as provocative. He certainly didn't think that it would cause that much trouble, though.

I hope they went with devilment in their hearts and a will to carry it out.
