I think I have his guide somewhere I am not sure if he is producing them for general consumption again but he may do if he is producing mine? I will mail him first to ask his opinion.

Ok so we started on the engine today, mounting cleaning finding out if there was anything missing broken etc

There wee a few bits missing which I am hoping the seller still has and can send me if not I may need some help guys:
Woodruff key
Bottom of throttle body (can't remember the part name)
Temp sensor broken
Inner oil filter mount seal
Cam cover seal
Several nuts and bolts for several parts?
Alternator
Starter motor

The engine looks ok overall not ecstatic about the condition as can be seen in the pics it looks like it has been warm or left unserviced for a long time at some point in its life? Also the engine was soaked? Hopefully nothing more than rain water....

The balance shaft seal had indeed slipped as informed by Bri.

So on with the cleaning and image

Next thing is to finish prep for spraying next weekend.

Plenty of new parts on order also
