Phoned my local honda dealer today for prices of balance shaft seal and retaining bracket, price of seal £18.44 - price of retaining bracket £85.00 surely thats not right

Probably a stupid question but would it be ok to fill my car with oil and start it up for 5 minutes I dont like the fact that its sitting there doing nothing and hasn't been running for a week I dont want the new battery ruined it wont be getting driven I just want to start her up for 5 minutes will this do any harm??
