keep those memories fresh guys........... not sure whats happening next year........ I want to do every year but I might be living in a lorry in a field next july
Ever start one of those jobs and realise you really should have given it to someone else???
I have to strip down the double glazing on the Motorhome. realised how tough the 13 year old sticky was after finishing ONE IN TWO HOURS
Before, after and a bit of both..

I learned a long time ago you have to start with good solid fresh surface if you want anything to end up a good job done.
This involved 25mm chiseling to remove the tape followed by three stage petrol wash to get all the sticky off and then a sand down with a fine sponge block.
I think I had better tidy before the Missis gets home

To be fair I only got half way today but its all a process...

chisel and petrol. sorted. petrol beforehand was useless. gotta peel off the old double sided tape then attack the sitcky residue. its not so much 'real' double glazing as in sealed units. More very well insulated and seald double skin windows. These inner frames were stuck to the perspex and the perspex was stuck to the frames.
Soapy water was tried and didnt touch it. I ran out of naphtha to petrol came forward to fill the gap.

You lost me on the lll part, unless it's french or something,
Then what the hell are we waiting for man... I'll get a lude limo 4gen front and 5gen back or one of each, I also grab some girls, drugs, food, and drink and then pick everyone up and we'll blow the roof of this bitch
And now I'm back to normal, or what ever that is
