Using a heat press?

If you avoid polo shirts and that sort off material, they will last the life of the shirt (bar ironing directly onto the graphic)

for rhe moment at least im gonna be using an iron as i cant afford a press. thats why i wanted to do a trial run to see how well they would last.

Right, @Thebusofwoe @mercutio and @Kristoffer, your names came out first (will leave it up to you and 4th gen doug to decide whos haing the shirt)

Will get them knocked up at the weekend and sent out next week. will pm you guys with a price when i know what it works out to cost!
