My concern with the second one is, it looks nice, but...
It's been vinyl wrapped and the arches rolled. And it appears when they wrapped it, they couldn't be bothered to take out 2 small dents in the passenger rear quarter.
Who knows what else is hiding underneath that vinyl???

If the car is at all rusty, then it's overpriced. IMO.

(The car may be good, but it needs looking at very carefully, is what I'm saying)

That sound system install is awful. Also, I like nice fitment but the rear wheels are definitely overkill.

I remember seeing a 3G on track @ Donington park- turned out it was (stock) H22A converted.

Flying machine.

Always remember the 16v 3g's were pretty swift with 'only' 150BHP. What kinda weight are they? The aerodynamics & low CofG must lend themselves to track work too...

They are light, off the top of my head around 1100kg depending on spec.

Yeah the ICE would have to be removed, then burned.

I quite like the offset of the rear wheels, guessing this isn't a 4WS model.

Yeah. EX is the base model I think, which was 2WS.

Also to note, that one is a pre-facelift model, but with facelift bumpers and lights.

The slammed ex with the big sound system is a facelift.

To fit facelift rear lights on pre facelift 3rd gens you need to weld in a facelift rear boot panel.

Yep, sorry for some reason I was reading 'J' and thinking 'G'!
(Not with it today... :? :( )

But... Interesting... You really have to change the rear panel to fit facelift lights to the rear???? That's a surprising expense to go to when face lifting a car!
You got any pics of the differences? This is interesting 8-)

There is a thread on prelude power. One chap cut all the spot weld out and got a brand new boot panel and support bar. Welded it up. Seam sealed it.
Needs a facelift boot lid.....oops I mean trunk and bumper also.
