Could have been worse...could have pushed it into a lake....

Maybe hold off on the other tweaks and invest in some armour plate if you're going to these places?

Boso? Hmm. Interesting.
 I don't plan on ever going anywhere remotely like that again!

And yeah basically this, but a LOT smaller and more subtle!

I like that but with the ends slash cut 8-)

I've been pretty quiet lately... Have a new grille and a rare OEM parcel shelf (exciting stuff right? ) on it's way for the bB.

Also have started moving into a proper unit now so I can sort out both of the Aerodecks and store my Polo. So hopefully there'll be a lot of progress in the new year!

Thanks guys! :)

These are the bits I have coming, hopefully they'll be here by the start of January.

Image

They look like this when fitted, only got the main grille not the lower ones:

The original one has a broken clip, which isn't really an issue as it doesn't notice but I wanted to replace it so thought I may as well upgrade! Still unsure on whether to polish it up or paint it... :?

This is the parcel shelf - apparently they're only an optional extra and not many had them so hard to come by. I had tried Toyota as they can get in most OEM parts but they can't get them. Comes with the bars too.

Strange application with the bars, they clip into existing points. But I'll have to wait and see how easy it is to remove / lift when filling the boot etc.

Finally got round to getting some photos...

Here's the parcel shelf! It's ridiculous how much difference it's made to the amount of road noise inside the car too. Sorry I kind of took these two in a rush, but you can see how the two poles slot in and then the shelf slides/slots into them. Also, yeah. It's a mess in there. I've got my jack in there, some tools, emergency blanket (lol) and the cardboard are the templates for Bruces over fenders on the Navvy.

And here's some photos including the new grille :D

My best mate also got me a broadway mirror for christmas because he's awesome, which is kind of visible in the first photo of the parcel shelf.

Thanks guys :D

Also possibly picking up some wheels at the weekend... They aren't wheels that I specifically want, and they won't be permanent. But I'm struggling to find anything I love that isn't really expensive (I absolutely love the Fatlace F-Zero1 wheels but there aren't any UK stockists and they're pretty expensive without postage let alone with!).

So... I found some sort of... Hilariously cool wheels? I don't normally touch reps. But they're pretty cheap, and wide enough to fit the tyres off the EOW steels.

And they're blingy blingy chrome for that "proper JDM" look 'yo'

They're 15x7.5 but the offset is 'unknown' so waiting to see when we get there, that and actual quality of them...

I'll just be happy for a bit of extra width tbh, current ones only 6 or 6.5".

...

...

...

They're replica Hummer H2 wheels    so they look like this:

Image

They wouldn't be my first choice, but they'll do till I find some cool retro wheels that aren't 114.3!

Quick pshop...

Image

They may be no good yet, but we'll see.
