Vital statistics:-
I believe all the owners were non smokers, including myself
3 previous owners including myself (still has the original Winks Honda number plates from when it was sold new)
It has covered just under 97k miles from new

All electrics are fully working, including:-
Electric windows, sunroof and mirrors
Cruise control
Electroluminescent speedo
Air conditioning (which still blows cold in the summer

4 wheel steering
ABS
Central locking (not sure but I've seen some where this doesn't work)
All the exterior lights are in good condition, no cracks/holes, no fogging when the weather changes
The only real mod is the Alloy wheels which are 17" Inovit KE10's in gunmetal grey with locking wheel nuts tread is 3mm on the fronts, and 6mm on the rears
The cambelt was replaced at 91k miles, there is a story behind this more to follow
New EBC brake discs and redstuff pads were fitted all round at 89k miles
Drivers rear caliper has been changed at 95k miles due to the original sticking
Oh, it has working cup holder, and the armrest isn't broken
Has a Integra type R gear knob fitted, but I will include the original gearknob with the car
Currently has a double din Kenwood DNX-5200 fitted, I will be taking that out before the car is sold, and fitting the old original stereo back in, the good news is I'm leaving the upgraded Kenwood component speakers in, they have crossovers with them and sound great.
It had a new rear fog light lens fitted 2012
If had a new front drivers side indicator fitted 2012 (due to a split)
Cambelt story:-
I heard what sounded like a squeek from the engine bay at 2-3k rpm, upon inspection I found the lower accessory pulley was wobbling. I immediately stopped driving the car, and investigated further. I found that the crank pulley bolt was still torqued up, but the accessory pulley rubber had perished allowing the outer part of the pulley to move on its own. Hence I bought a new pulley, and at the same time roughly 91k miles, I fitted a new cambelt, cambelt tensioner, water pump, balancer belt, accessory pulley, both accessory belts (air con/alternator and power steering), air filter, oil filter and new coolant and oil. I thought since I had to undo the crank pulley I might aswell give the car a cambelt service.
Bodywork:-
The bodywork does look really good for its age, and genuinely I haven't had it fully resprayed. However due to the car failing its MOT in 2012 for the sills, I had some of the bodywork done. I actually purchased two front wings as I'd read you could use them to repair the rear arches/sills, but according to the bodyshop I took it to, you couldn't. So they cut out all the bad rusted metalwork from the rear arches and sills, then welded in some new metal which they bent to shape. At the same time I bought a brand new sunroof from Honda, and had them spray it up and fit it to the car. The rear bumper was also resprayed due to deep scratches across the top and so was the spoiler. Other than that the rest of the bodywork is original.
Pictures (bear in mind I'd just washed it)

Please note the marks on the sunroof below are actually drops of water from washing the car, the sunroof still looks great since it got replaced

You can see in the following picture there is some rust starting to form again at the bottom of the drivers rear wheel arch

A bit further up on the wheel arch there is a rust bubble forming

You'll have to forgive me for the following picture, the sun really had gone down at this point so the drivers alloy is actually dirty

The only real bad bit to mention is the slight knocking noise from the rear of the car. I'm fairly sure this is shock knock which is quite common on this model. I have previously tried to fix it by fitting spacers to the top of the damper, and it did work, but the noise has since returned, it is only noticable over some bumps though.
VTEC still kicks in when it should and pulls all the way to the redline, when needed the car really does go, it still suprises me how quick it actually is.
Any viewing is welcome, and I'll be sad to see her go, its the nicest example of a 4th gen I've owned, the only reason I'm selling is due to already having a Toyota Supra as a weekend car, and I've just been offered a Lexus IS300 Sport which was too good to turn down.
I'm looking for sensible offers around £1300, but I am open to offers in that region
Thanks for looking, I'll get some better pictures of the car in daylight tomorrow and update the post, let me know if I've missed anything important off and I'll answer when I can.
