Fair price.
That drivers side arch is about as rotten as you'll see on a 5th gen though. My guess is the sunroof drain has been blocked on that side for quite a while
If you do end up keeping it, the rear brakes almost certainly won't need new any new parts. What they will need is the pad carriers stripping, cleaning and greasing and re-assembling and the discs rubbing over with emery paper.
Also the handbrake pivot pins are probably seized, so they'll need to be freed up and greased. Then the handbrake adjusted after.
That's all labour, no parts and is very common service requirement on Honda's. Worst case is the pads/discs also need changing. Very unlikely to need new calipers.
What do they mean by brake ferrules need attention?

Super Secret 1G (not really super secret!)
Thanks for the advice on the rear brakes
Yeah its a crusty one, I wish you could buy those arch trims but I couldnt find any on ebay or google
re ferrules:
MOT failures
"offside front [+ rear] brake hose ferrule excessively corroded"
the near side are both advisories but I would just do them all anyway, saves doing them the following year
I think it just wants the brake hoses replacing
