Well done, wurly, she looks great, and well worth the effort, I must admit, slightly jealous of the good condition of your original sawblades, puts mine to shame, will be interesting to see how you get on with the leather seat resto. last year, whilst my arches were being done, I gave my seats several coats of maguirs and colour restorer, but less than three months after the car was back on the road, they were back to being faded, cracked and dry.

Re: wurlycorner's '91 BA4 4WS SE Auto - Legal, On t'road & @
A few treats for the 3g (which has been the 'daily' for the last couple of weeks
)
First one not exciting, but it was missing a couple and the others didn't match
so;

Second one is more substantial/important. The leather seats were intact but needed treating sharpish, before they reached the point of splitting and needing panels replacing...
Pushki had done an amazing job with his seats, so I asked him what he'd used and he recommended Liquid Leather (Gliptone). So this lot was purchased;

Surprisingly cheap actually. I forget exactly how much, but something around £35? for that lot delivered.
So all the seats had a good hoover with a soft brush attachment and then a good wipe over with a damp cloth and then we got started.
Passenger before;

After using the leather clean and the scuff repair die;

Drivers before;

After using the leather clean and putting the first smear of die on (in the middle, on what were 2 really deep scuffs);

After finishing the scuff repair die;

The die is amazing stuff. Instant result!
The seats are still really quite dry/hard in places and desperately need the conditioner, but I have to leave it 24 hours now to ensure the die is properly dry before moving onto the final stage (conditioner)

Re: wurlycorner's '91 BA4 4WS SE Auto - Little bits and bobs
Back seat and side panels were done also, but didn't bother taking pics.
I could have used the die to blend every little crease back to properly uniform colour, but I don't want that tbh - it's a 23 year old car and I want the seats to look of the right age, but in good/well looked after condition, rather than brand new.
