Silver Dash Rings
was bored after giving both our ludes a good clean, so stripped the dials out of the lude.

popped the rings from the dial surround and painted them with a silver paint and popped it all together.

and installed.

Re: Honda-Hardy's type "s" express
im not sure whats going on tbh, i am having trouble with the car. speedo doesnt work. i have spoken to rich at paw and he suggests its the vss on the gearbox that james sold to me, so i have fitted the one from my original box and now it doesnt work at all. yes i have fitted the key way that connects the drive from the gear box to the vss.
attached to the loom of the vss is the kph-mph converter. does anyone know how this would have been spliced into the loom as this is my next port of call. since getting the car back i have traveled less than 100 miles in it due to this problem and im a little sad about that.

have you taken out the dials again to check connections behind there, especially with the kph to mph converter?
did you touch the needle at all? I know they are delicate things
