I said it as an example of a way that someone could make a mistake twice in such close succession...
Using inappropriate tools and rushing the job without full knowledge, hence they make a mistake twice quickly without noticing, whereas using hand tools you know if you bottom out or the thread is starting to strip etc, because you feel it so you wouldn't have the same thing happen with 2 bolts right next to one another...

engineless engine bay, 

new clutch kit.

ACT “Streetlite” flywheel bolted up to new engine

“New engine” all built up and ready to drop in

all dropped into place.

Installed and all up and running

Remove engine, gearbox and ATTS assembly complete from vehicle.
Remove gearbox , ATTS, cam cover, belt covers, wiring loom, throttle body, flywheel and dizzy to swap onto replacement engine.
Prepare replacement engine for swap including new complete timing belt kit, tensioners, water pump and set valve clearances.
Rectify problem found with n/s engine mount/block.
Install original ACT flywheel along with new OEM clutch
Refit replacement gearbox.
Clean and swap over original ATTS unit.
Swap over wiring loom, throttle body, cambelt covers, cam cover, dizzy etc.
Refit engine/transmission assembly to vehicle and renew all fluids.
Renew N/S inner cv boot ("universal" item fitted and had leaked).
Test run engine,
Reset and bleed ATTS,
Set ignition timing.
Carry out road test and re-check - ok
Parts fitted.
