 For a man that values his privacy and data so highly, I was amazed that you were prepared to visit the states knowing you have to hand your most sensitive data to the most unscrupulous security service in the world

:? It seriously is something that puts me off going there... I'm glad I went to New York back when I did, before all this paranoi Bollocks came into being!

I know, I know  tbh they probably already had them though. After seeing how many people were being asked to turn on their laptops, tablets, phones to let them have a peek I'm glad I travelled with none of my devices on me. My Mrs had two phones and an iPad on her and was stopped twice in Heathrow and once in Boston for a full search (devices on, cases empty, drug swabs, shoes off and a pat down), I didn't get stopped once  she had the most simple slip on shoes that they kept rescanning, I had shoes laced past the ankle that I didn't even get asked to take off.

Today I get a private tour of the MIT labs so I'm hyped already and it's only 7am
