before you go to the hassle of bleeding them try the sliders that let the caliper move? i warped a disc before i found that issue with mine

Big thanks to you all. I'll pop down to the local guy later today and I guess the first priority is to flush and bleed them.

There's air in your master cylinder, vacuum line would only cause the pedal to go hard (no brakes assisted with vacuum)

Bleed master first, then work furthest caliper away from master and inwards (1st = rear passenger)
