You can take some of the pain out of it by buying rywire replacement looms. That sorts the main engine harness, but you still would need to sort the ancillary ones on either side.

I've heard some saying it's something to do with the fact you can brake faster than you can accelerate, but I don't really see that you'd want to send more oil to the catch tank and that it would surge like that anyway.106pete wrote:I've never seen a catch tank plumbed into the front of the rocker cover, are there any benifits as it's all linked to the back anyway?
It's easier to connect to the back of our valve covers anyway as they're taller at the back. At the front you struggle to connect above the baffle plate.

The pcv breaths better on the front plus with more and bigger holes but this is usually meant for boosted h22 with bigger head pressures and more blow by.

Do you know what companies you can get these from Ian?wurlycorner wrote:You can take some of the pain out of it by buying rywire replacement looms. That sorts the main engine harness, but you still would need to sort the ancillary ones on either side.
It's always something I've wanted to do, to a degree. So this sounds like it would make life much easier

That's the military grade spec harness (the most expensive type).
They do (or did) about 4 different specs, going down in price and the cheapest ones were less then $200 if IIRC... Will see if I can find where I've seen those.

Looks like they've dropped the basic/less expensive versions for H series.
Wire worx still do a cheaper basic version, but it's still quite pricey.
