That blue Prelude in your pictures is a 5th gen. Big square headlights is 5th gen, rust on the floor near the back wheels is 4th gen.

From the photos you put up in the other thread, yours is a P reg 2L 5th gen isn't it?
So the confusion may be that it's an early one from the crossover year - 1996.

No way!!! Shall I go take another picture?? :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: I am certain mine is 92 to 96 which is 4th gen. Een Ebay says its 4th gen...... the 5th gen is the ones with the spoilers and sleeker fronts, init???

All have spoilers, but yes the 4th gen has the sleeker front.

The pic in your avatar is definitely a 5th gen though. Like this...

To be fair, the 5th does look like the next reincarnation of the 3rd, whereas I guess the 4th looked a bit more 'modern', it's certainly the 'odd one out' in the line up, for better or worse, depending on your headlight fetish.

EDIT: That's my polite way of saying don't beat yourself up too much. :lol:
