had the afternoon off from work yesterday so decided to take the opportunity to fit the CDA cone...

bumper already off, ready to take the resonator off

unplugged the little resonator box above

and one out..

and the other out!

free space for the cone to fit

block the vacuum line

old breather and cooling line out
Image

replacement air filter and shorter cooling line cut to fit

then after a bit of fettling, trimming of the hose either end... hey presto!!

not run it yet, still trying to fix the fogs :roll:

haha not really thought about what colour my rad tank is - maybe that just means likes corduroy trousers :lol:

Very nice chap. Fitted much nicer than mine is at present. What diameter and bend are those hoses?? Very 8-)
