Laura's Civic is borked so picked this up for her today:

it's an A6 20 valve turbo. I was worried that the engine would be a bit underpowered for the size of the car but it actually shifts really nicely! I kind of want it for myself now though, being behind the wheel of an Audi makes me feel like I'm 17 again

I even tried suggesting that maybe I should drive it this week to see if any niggles crop up, but that didn't wash

Good guess but it's an inline 4 with 5 valves per cylinder

it isn't bad sounding but you have to roll down the window to hear much, it's a pretty quiet cabin. I'd personally have preferred a V6 model but then it wouldn't really have been suitable for Laura's commute

I think a remap may be in order though, the power and torque gains possible with this engine don't sound too shabby

At any rate Laura is very happy with her new car so that's the main thing
