Honda Legend calipers

Post by Drax » Tue Apr 01, 2014 10:58 pm

im looking to buy Honda Legend calipers, ive found Rob's link on what he roughly did with his but im after a bit more detail - are the a straight swap and fitment together with the old setup, no changes needed? appart from the disks and pads of course.
plus any recommendations for them - with the correct sizes for this setup.

thank you :)

Simple bolt on, but the left runs upside down on the right and vice versa.

Does that mean you have to temporarily hang the caliper upside down to bleed it?

I know the legend disks are slightly thicker than standard lude ones, so I shall need to order legend disks - but what size are the pads? are they bigger, or could I re-use lude ones?

DC2s 96 specs 4 stud are 282mm same as BB4/BB1s,

98 spec are bigger, there also 5 stud maybe 300mm but not quiet sure.

ah ha!! that's what my research showed but I was still confused (easily done!! ) with some of the pad sizes, thanks for clearing that up Marc :) so I can just use standard h22 vtec lude pads... eeeexcellent.

btw what about disks for the legend as if you order legend disks they come in a 5 stud format :?
