Feck, sooo jealous

After meeting Nathan and personally standing in that garden, I can confirm that the garden alone is HUGE!!! So that garage is going to be fecking huge too

Now I wonder if you will get the 4th gen finished at the same speed

No way! Missed this thread!

I wondered when this might kick off.

Damn you and your large flat plot! I'll probably have to spend three times as much and end up with less than half the space. Although I finally got the ball rolling, designs are being drawn up for two options, raised decking garden/car port (G A Y!). Or fully built basement garage and roof garden above. No guesses which I want! Just have to get some budget costs to see which is feasible.

If you need any advice during the build just ask, many of us in construction here including me.

Can't wait for the next update, extension or garage.

Yeah I can't believe it's finally happening! I've had the property for over 6 years now and this has been my intension from the start. I'd like to see your plans actually. I remember your place, so I know you'd have to undergo quite the conversation to achieve the latter of those designs.

I'm definitely going to be decorating the interior. Not tempted myself with any designs yet, but there was always going to be a Nitin shrine

I was going to go life-size 3D Nitin though!...
