Yep, sorry, I was thinking it was steering rack gaitors - they were the asked about recently I think, weren't they and I just assumed it was the same question!


Universal CV gaitors can be used I'm sure. Varying degrees of success with how long they last, from my understanding?

Universal ones will do just fine, pick up the green stretch cone too, use fairy liquid when sliding the boot over the CV joint, turn the boot inside out before sliding,
Cut the boot to size once on because if you don't the rubber will bunch up as you turn your wheel and wear against each other and will rip.
