Oil advice & recommendations from oilman @ Opie Oils

Thanks for the quick reply I take it thats synthetic ?
as im on a fairly tight budget, being Christmas n all what one of the cheaper ones would you recommend, i was thinking either the Mobil 3000 or Shell Helix ?

Just bought a Millers engine oil flush, plan to use it with my oil service this month..

Do I just pour the bottle straight in to the engine oil cap and leave the car turned on for 20 mins and drain it out?

Anything I should look out for coming out the exhaust? Any weird sounds?

Yes, just leave it running for 20 minutes and that should do the trick. I guess there might be a slight difference in the smoke coming out of the exhaust, but I can't see it being much different.

Performance modifications:cold air feed/induction kit (if that counts)
Driving style: usually sensible, give the beans sometimes when its warmed up, always give it a few minutes to warm up and cool down, dont always use it during the week but every so often do a run to manchester from london and back

Ive been using castrol magnatec 10w40 for years and years with nearly all my cars
