advertise it elsewhere, anyone who's on this forum already has the gen of their choice, mainly machines for spares would be useful on the forum. Good luck bud.

I would also suggest gumtree. Iv sold a few cars on there and had lots of enquiries. Its also free if its your first or second car ad so well worth it.

Only about a third of it was on big roads, and although I didn't rag it all the time, I wasn't frightened of revs.
I'd expected mid to high 20s, to be honest.
 Knowing your posts, Sailor, I have absolute confidence that that's the truth. And I have no idea how you do it!

Edit: You too Rudelude....sorry, missed your post. (And Prelude91 now!) :)

Once or twice i have managed 300 miles (Using around 49.5 litres!) and steady on the motorway. Usually 270 miles feels like taking it easy. On a twisty road where i'm in 2nd or 3rd VTEC I haven't calculated but I think I'm probably well into the teens (Not in an Lxstuart kind of way). Bear in mind that I baby it until the engine is warm, use V-Power and in 55k miles the car has had 16 services and 2 sets of belts.

Pyemaster - hope you have some luck with this soon.
I got 325 miles on the tank with plent y of vtec use.....
I've now filled up with v-power...65£ worth.... Gonna be nice to the car and see what it returns.... I'm guessing it won't be that dis similar to vteccin all the time... I think most ludes should b good for 300miles per tank or they need a good service...

I'm quite surprised how little interest this is getting :(

It's such a lot of car for the money, I can't think of many other reliable, well built, fast, relatively economical, safe, loaded sports coupes you could get for £850.

It's advertised on four forums, Autotrader, eBay and Gumtree and I've only had a few tentative bits of interest. Yes it has higher mileage, but I'd always trust a well serviced and looked after 175,000 mile engine over a poorly serviced one with 80,000.

Ah well!

This is now a couple of months older, and bar the battery now needing replacement on the key fob (ran out about a fortnight ago), is in the same condition.

£700 for a quick sale, it's a very reliable and superb car to drive. Currently located in Malmesbury. Call zero 7889896791.

I've seen this car. It is now underpriced, I reckon.
Someone should grab a bargain. Now!
