The ONLY rust on the car, one 5mm bubble near bottom of rear offside arch.

Small paint flake on corner of rear bumper.

I also totally forgot to mention where the rear bumper was bumped into it last year it scuffed/crazed the paint somewhat. It's not massive but it is visible. There is also a very slight dent in the bootlid but fairly small.

My most recent full-to-full of vpower was 346 miles at 47l, or approximately 33.4 mpg.
Only about a third of it was on big roads, and although I didn't rag it all the time, I wasn't frightened of revs.
I'd expected mid to high 20s, to be honest.

Guess it's too high then. Price now £1,000 ono before it goes to eBay.

Double checked MOT date and it's March not May, so actually 9 months left. Also V5 says five owners not four (though the first three were company owned and motorway miles).

In light of this will let it go for £895.

 Knowing your posts, Sailor, I have absolute confidence that that's the truth. And I have no idea how you do it!

Edit: You too Rudelude....sorry, missed your post. (And Prelude91 now!) :)

Once or twice i have managed 300 miles (Using around 49.5 litres!) and steady on the motorway. Usually 270 miles feels like taking it easy. On a twisty road where i'm in 2nd or 3rd VTEC I haven't calculated but I think I'm probably well into the teens (Not in an Lxstuart kind of way). Bear in mind that I baby it until the engine is warm, use V-Power and in 55k miles the car has had 16 services and 2 sets of belts.

Pyemaster - hope you have some luck with this soon.

I've seen mid 40's in my 3g, fill to fill, motorway use, steady 60 to occasional 80 mph.
