WARNING!! - Langdon (eBay) Drop Links

Post by Pushki » Sun Jun 01, 2014 4:31 pm

DO NOT BUY THE CHEAP DROP LINKS FROM THIS EBAY SELLER.

I've had mine fitted for less than two months and the rubber bushing have already deteriorated.
Honda OEM for me from now on!!

Are you sure it isn't your aftermarket suspension causing premature wear?

That was my first thought, but the ones I took off were in better condition than these and they had been on the car for 20 years with the same suspension setup.

It's hard to see from your pic; but I do think they are on backwards, causing the rubber to spread out under pressure and that's why they have split only at the very top and bottom, if the washers were on the other way around, the rubber would be compressed from the outer edge inwards and you'd have no splits.

Original fitment and as far as I'm concerned, this is how they're supposed to be.

Were all bolts tightened when the car was on its wheels and suspension fully loaded?
