This might sound really stupid, but jack your wheels up and turn them with your hand and see exactly where the noise is coming from?

Just did that. As I expected when I`m turning wheels and place hand on shocks there`s no play. So That`s not from bearings.
And when I`m turned all wheels there wasn't that sound.
Now that will sound really stupid but - Can do that sound wrong wheel balancing or adjustment?

I had a kind of similar problem with a civic I had years ago and it was a metal guard on the inside of the disc that came loose and rattled like crazy

Jack up the car and take off the wheel altogether get a torch and have a poke around maybe because I could not really hear anything on the video unless u leave your phone down in the foot well and try driving it again and recording it

Wheels bearings dont need to have play in them to be bad, one of my rears rumbles only above 40 and has no play whatsoever, its just the bearing has totally dried out and needs replacing, sounds like yours is in the same boat.
