Strange sound from wheels side ( VIDEO )

Post by Silver » Mon May 26, 2014 10:03 pm

Hi there. Looks like my prelude get`s one issue after another. But I wount leave it so I`m looking for advance.
When I`m drive with it I can heard unusual sound from wheels side. That`s not metallic like helicopter sound what tells about bad bearings. Just the another one. If you want I can add video in youtube with it.

I'm hearing nothing man, sorry. Does it change with engine speed or wheel speed?

Likewise, only thing I'm hearing on that video is clicking (assume that's as the phone vibrates against the windscreen?).

Can you pinpoint a time in the video where you know the noise can be heard?

As well as indigo's question about engine/roadwheel speed, does it change depending on turning left/right or going over bumps?

The weird thing is - no it doesn't change with engine speed or wheel speed or turning right left.( then they coud be bearrings ) I can even put it in neutral and the sound will be there. I did it several times in that video as well.
It changes a little bit with road surface. At start I was thinked about pressure in tires- mby too much but I lowered it till 2.3 bar today and sound is still there.
at video - 3.16 and later when I put it in neutral it can be heard
