The mid is the most important speakers as it covers the most sensitive part of human hearing 300-6000hz or the human vocal range.
IMO the doors arnt ideal as they are too far off axis and close. Kicks or pillars will work well. I would use the pillars but i dont have Time alignment. Kicks offerend the best path legth difference between left and right. Try the pillars and kicks as the nitone will have all the processing you will ever need.

thanks a lot, very important input that is.
I don't want to over load my pillars, beeing discrete is important here, but on the other side, the kicks are a no go, I'm tall, and not sure I can lose that space.

Sorry to thread jack Ratty.. :P
cebul wrote:Hi, so in that black box is amp and sub speaker, and that is finished in 4 wire plug. 2 wires - power and ground for amp, and other 2 - sound-bass signal.
I'm seriously considering this. Just one question, What kind of wire is needed to take the + from the radio to the sub at the back. The wires behind the radio are really thin and I'm thinking we need some thick ones? :?

Cebul, you can show me your wiring for the sub.?

Yes the bose sub is an active sub being it has a built in amp.

Do it. Kicks are a stuggle but worth it and legs dont block that much. In 5ft 11 though.

Ok, I trust you there ratty

just one thing, is the way the meds are aiming to important? I mean, the orientation of the medium they should look up a bit toward the roof, that's right?

Yes aiming is important but it depends on the speakers frequency responce on and off axis and the car its in. My Hybrids have excellent off axis response but i like how they sound on axis and on axis helps with early reflections as the sound hits you direct 1st.

So a thin wire would be ok? That runs from the Radio to the +ve of the Bose amp.

Yes but the bose amp needs a power supply of its own as well as a feed from the rear speaker output.
