Civic - prelude fusion

Post by A1ex » Tue May 13, 2014 9:16 pm

Soooo,

Looks like after 8 months without a h22 in my life I'll have another at the end of next week  :-)

I want to get work done on the s2k over the next couple years but need a spare car to do it properly. The tranny in the civic has now died and I don't want to spend anymore money on a low powered unit.

So, the h22a8 and box will be going in from preludemanh22's lude. Having seen it yesterday it is definitely beyond repair, the rear arches aren't even there anymore!!!

The civic has a very clean shell and new springs all round. The brakes from the lude will also be going in, then it's innovative mounts and Hasport drive shafts for the h22. Fingers crossed this will all be done in time for winter :-D

Our 4G went as a donor for a Civic - EK4, I think.
Seemed a shame, but you know how it is ...

Fingers crossed! I'm hoping progress will be pretty quick, from the looking around I've done with the right parts bought it's a relatively straight forward job.

Just need to strip the civic to the shell, then strip the lude to the shell, then put all the lude parts on the civic and hey presto.

I told you. I bloody told you. "She may be happy with a nice frock and sleeping on the back seat but you have to feed her now and then" I said.

Well you've no one to blame but yourself :x
