The cord thing must have been scary for you bud, when my daughter was born she was blue in the face and the nurses had to run off with her. Turned out she had shat on the way out and was choking on it. Without the nurses I doubt she would be here today so massive respect for handling the situation on your own.NafemanNathan wrote:I think the whole thing was made that much easier because I didn't really have a choice. The cord was wrapped around his neck as well and I didn't even batter an eyelid at untangling that. When I think back to it now it was all so surreal.wurlycorner wrote:Must have been jobby scary?
Who did all the running about for the hot towels and water? (that is all you need when a stork's been, right? )
I have to bow down to Stace, as in all seriousness it must have been so unbelievably scary to know that only I and a towel were waiting down there to receive baby![]()
Anyway, it's all been too exciting today, and although I don't really feel like it I should really get some sleep.

No way another little boy! So happy for you mate.
So much respect for you to get through that situation of not being in the hospital. I guess instinct just kicks in (not VTEC yo!
), sink or swim you must just go into autopilot - probably why it seems surreal looking back. Massive tinterweb congratulating handshake from me bud.
