Would love to - and the owner would be fine on that, but depends entirely on cash/spotting a stupid cheap bargain on ebay!
Current shopping list looks something like;
Workbench
Wash tank
Mezzenine floor (to go at the back)
Storage racks (to go on top of the mezzenine)
Tool chest
Second set of tools (so I can keep some there rather than ferry back/forth from home)
Engine crane
Engine stand
Bead blaster
4 post ramp.
But the vast majority of that really is all pie in the sky stuff
(still, we can all dream, can't we
)

At the moment, I'd struggle to afford this ramp!

It's taken me 3 years of looking to find it!
Finding commercial properties that size is easy but they're MEGA expensive! Finding non-commercial properties that size isn't too difficult but most of them are also too expensive and/or won't let you use them for car storage/maintenance. Finding something that size, that's affordable, not business rated and where the owner is very relaxed about what you do with it, is very, very difficult!
they can be got cheaper than I thought
and the exact type that I want! (a Bradbury 4 post with wheels free, any age/model!)
this one is local too - if I hadn't bought the white lude, I could have bought a ramp

My mortgage deal needs renewing and I was toying with the idea of extending it/borrowing for a conservatory thingy...
Would Lisa notice if the funds went elsewhere?
