I hope I'm misunderstanding and you're not trying to tell me that surgamus adminkendum means we rise to conquer
You would need to use surgemus (indicative) and the right word for conquer. Adminkendum isn't a word (at least not a real Latin one), you need to modify vinco/vincere (vincendus?).
Did you mean quendam?
Admittedly my translating of surgamus was a bit wishy washy, should be let us rise but I figured since you made the admin word up and the context of the conversation, you mean to "raise the admin", hence let us get admin

I did think it was odd since k is quite unusual in Latin I think (and only used in Italian for foreign/loanwords).
Pretty sure vincendum has a ch sound as opposed to a k sound, but most of us English are heathens when it comes to languages.
Good mental exercise though. Took a long time before the mrs would stop huffing at me for confusing c, ch, cch, sch sounds in Italian.
