I think I'm going down the apex route as they are 35mm compared to pi which is 40mm.... Eibachs are almost twice as much..... :shock:

If the former, Eibach springs on oem shocks come highly recommended on here.
I must add that I run Eibach 30mm springs on my 4th gen over oem shocks ;) 8-) Very firm ride and I can throw it round corners quite well too. We'll worth the asking price IMO :D

I had Koni yellows on my first 'Lude, I think I ran Ground Control springs on them, I thought they were great. Actually, @GreenyUK can vouch for them as he bought the car from me..

Like a few other members I have Eibach springs on Koni yellows, decent drop and adjustable damping.
