If you don't fancy that, keep bleeding the rears whilst tapping them with a hammer, sometimes that encourages the air up and out.

hammer is gonna be the way, couldnt get the pin for the handbrake cable off the calipers on the lude i broke, figure mine will be the same.
im bleeding the rears with the back end of the car in the air, will that make a difference?
I did way more then 15 pumps on that front one with the bubbles on the second bleed.

Another point to put forward, i bought this today:
http://www.pagid.com/en/products-mainme ... -538771321
And when i used it it was sucking in loads of air from somewhere. the tube round the nipple seemed tight, and i just thought maybe the copper washers on the banjo bolts are letting air in?
If that was the case though wouldnt fluid be leaking and pressure be lost when the brakes are held down?

Those tend to suck in air pal, that i wouldn't worry about tbh. You would get fluid coming out before air going in if there was a leak. Think ur just gna have to keep bleeding and tapping

Id say your sucking in air on a joint somewhere. Take them off make sure there is no dirt/grit where it should seal and try again. Start with the caliper your getting bubbles in and see if that solves it.
if it aint broke don't fix it https://www.facebook.com/pages/tram-roa ... 8502699270

tried this a few times now and the pressure point is the same, no variation.Thebusofwoe wrote:Tbh it sounds like air in the system. There is a way you can almost guarantee this, drive along at say 15 or so mph. Hit the brake pedal, release and hit it again. But do it quick. If the second time you hit the pedal it feels further up and harder then there is air in there somewhere![]()
after reading through thr manual im wondering if my brake booster pushrod clearance needs adjusting? or brake pedal adjustment? or something along those lines?
*EDIT* Pedal freeplay seems within specification. the pedal doesnt touch the floor but it knocks at the bottom when the travel stops, but not sure what is stopping it. dont know if that changes anything at all? uploading a video to post in a bit so hopefully you can see what i mean.
