Is there any kind of electronic parts catalogue, where you can put in a chassis number and get the part numbers/diagrams?

Yeah, if you're in the trade you can register at http://service.citroen.com/pages/index.jsp but not if you're a private customer. You have to give them a VAT number when registering, so I think they do check you out before giving you an account.

Also, it's not entirely free you have to pay a fee for some of the info (but by the sounds of it, it does give you access to the OEM service manuals, parts and special tools catalogues etc.)

I can't seem to find anything else on line anywhere

This is so much simpler for my CXs - the parts catalogue was on micfiches and I have a full set of them!

I try twice on FCF to find differences about Air-Con fitted to Xantia's and get no-where over a couple of weeks.

Someone else asks and they immediately get swamped with replies!

Must be something I've said?

It's more like I forum cheat on LG with FCF though - there's nowt like as much that goes on on there and I'm not massively active on there...
