Rear Wheel Bearings 5th Gen

Post by Mudgey » Wed Apr 16, 2014 5:12 pm

Hello,

Where is the best place to get rear wheel bearings for a 5 stud 5th gen, I presume they are the same between Type S & std 5th gen? Cheers!

Shouldn't be any difference. Where on eBay for 40 quid though? I presume that's for a used part.

Did not Look before I lept! last time I checked I'm sure they were that price, though the cheapest I can see now is around £71.

I paid approx £40 for the hub and bearing assembly ;) Admittedly that was 4 stud, but still, bargain.

Think the 5th gen ones tend to be pricier. Mick's Garage was cheapest when I was looking last year (after quidco/topcashback).

I have got slight rumble with one of my rear bearings too. Any supplier info and a link would be great.
