I'll update this with some info to help.
Theres a few ways you can do the legend swap on 4th gens
legend carriers and legend calipers you use legend discs redrilled to 4x114.3
prelude carriers and legend calipers you use standard prelude discs
Some people have used the legend carriers and legend calipers and used standard prelude discs, this isnt recommended as the piston has a chance of popping out, reason for this is the legend carriers is for a 28mm disc and the standard prelude discs are 23mm making a 5mm difference.
Also hope Ste makes a full recovery.

i really really hope he will be ok, it's horrible to see anyone in hospital for circumstances that sound like what you have described, hopefully he is released soon and im sure we shall all look forward to that, and see him back on the forum when he is feeling up to it
