Hi there chaps.
Today has been a long awaited day

. So after all the wait and £££ spent on bits so far, Its heart is back in
So today I got cracking after receiving the water pump (thanks to my missus

). I also had a mess up with my parts dept as they ordered me a flippin Accord 1.8 clutch kit, not a ATR kit so had to sort that also.
Anyway, here is more pics for those of you that I haven't board to death allready
Start off with fitting this . . . . £31, bargain

Nice new water pump . . . .
Then to get the Vtec Direct manual tensioner fitted . . . .

NOTE: Fit the belt first, then bolt this on. Even when it is at its lowest adjustment, its drokking tight to get the belt on.
Then the belts ect . . . . .
Lastly balancer belt.
Now if you look at the cambelt tensioner bearing housing, there is a hole where a bolt/stud goes through that holds the rubber seal? (sticks outside the belt cover) Well I remember taking this off, and I have lost the drokking thing. I remember thinking that it didn't do anything so will I be ok running this for a while until I can replace it?????
Had to replace the rocker cover seals too . . . .
Gave the cambelt covers a good de-greasing and fitted them back on . . . .

See the empty hole
Ok so engine now out of the garage, off its stand and to then fit this bad boy

. . . . .
Then the ATR clutch kit . . . . .
Then got the motor back in its place

. Well happy now at this point. So will be getting things plumbed back in, things connected back up tomorrow. Should be fired up and running next weekend so long as every other thing goes ok
Oh and one more thing, Those of you that have fitted A ATR clutch kit to a Fidanza flywheel, did you find the clutch hard to wind down on the pressure plate bolts??? This one was tight all the way from the first thread of each bolt. I have never wound a clutch down like that before
All in all, happy so far.
Cheers chaps
