In my book, Midlands is derby, notts and brum.
:think: Don't know where I'd place Lincolnshire...
No-where else exists between here and South Yorkshire, Northumberland and Lancashire (which are all oop north)

Come September of course, Scotland may cease to be 'oop Norf' at all and may become 'abroad', with Northumberland becoming 'the far north' and everything being readjusted from there down... :shock:

At the risk of starting on what has proved to be a dangerous topic on here ( :lol: ), don't bet on it. In fact, I'll happily take money from anyone who thinks Scotland will be abroad next year...

Firstly, I marvelled at how literaly a few seconds of hail did this;

:shock:

Then, having dug the Xantia out of the front garden last weekend, Lisa and I hoe'd the dead patch over and seeded it all ( :hurr: ) ahead of the promised week of rain - perfect conditions.

Stay tuned for thrilling 'how does your garden grow watch'! :D

Oh and this afternoon I went and agreed to lease half a barn so I can get all my stored cars in one place, nearer to me and with light/power. :)

I cycled 30 miles on a vintage road bike my dad bought as a teenager, which I have slowly rebuilt over the last few months 8-)

Worked beautifully. Bidding on a nice shimano crankset atm to complete the visible part replacements, the it's just the headset and bottom bracket, which can probably be done after the frame is refurbed :)
