whats this panel do?

What does this do? I wired the rad fan up today and then on that small panel the top ones lit up :/ is it because I disconnected the old fan?
Would it be a good idea to take the old relays and fuses out now there not being used?

Just had a look through Lings and can't see it anywhere

Out of interest is that the left side of your steering wheel? Does your antenna switch and rear fog light switch work?

That shows you your steering column position mate! It has 4 settings it can lock into, you select the position by moving the yellow marker then pull the column up or down and it locks in place. I have the original instructions somewhere...
